DATA MANAGER

 

Full time (37 hours per week) TTO plus 4 weeks to be worked in the school holiday periods, to start as soon as possible

Venturers Trust is a dynamic and focused multi-academy trust based in Bristol, formed in September 2017 through the merger of CGS Trust and Merchants’ Academy Trust. The Trust is responsible for eight academies, 3,500 pupils and 750 staff with a commitment to making a significant and lifelong difference to the lives of young people from some of Bristol’s most disadvantaged communities.

We are looking to recruit a positive, hardworking and skilled ambitious individual to join an exciting and committed team at Montpelier High School. This is a full time role which has responsibility for the effective use of the MIS across the Academy, maintaining the accuracy of all stored data across the phases.  In addition, the post holder will produce and maintain the Academy timetable.

 

The successful candidate will have:

• Educated to ‘A’ level standard.

• Excellent keyboard skills and expertise in ICT applications including MIS –SIMS, 4 Matrix, SISRA and NOVA-T.

• Experience of working within a similar managerial role.

• Excellent administrative and organisational skills.

• An analytical and problem solving ability.

• A high standard of accuracy and attention to detail.

• Ability to multi-task, prioritising workloads to work to tight deadlines.

• Ability to work independently or in a team.

• Clear communication skills – oral and written.

• Consultation and negotiation skills.
