Permanent, 37 hours per week term time only, to start in September 2022

VTG9, SP26-29 starting salary is £25,450 per annum, pro rata (actual starting salary £20,694 per annum) + Health Care Cash Plan and Benefits Package

We are seeking a dedicated individual who has a passion for helping young people and who is committed to raising the attainment and aspiration of our students.  

The successful candidate will have:

• GCSEs at Grade C or above in English and maths (or equivalent qualifications).

• NVQ Level 3 or equivalent relevant to a Higher Level Teaching Assistant role

• Experience of working effectively supporting children in a learning environment.

• Understanding of principles of child development and learning processes and barriers to learning 

• Ability to maintain records and pupil files including evidence of pupil progress
