E-ACT Montpelier High School Marks Exceptional Results
Students and staff at E-ACT Montpelier High School are thrilled to be celebrating amazing A-Level results.
At E-ACT Montpelier High School, which is part of the E-ACT multi academy trust, nearly 17% of all grades awarded were A* or A.
Just some of the individual outstanding results include:
- Darcey Manning (MeritBC) - Darcey was thinking of leaving sixth form at the end of Y12 but with pastoral and teacher support and through her fantastic resilience achieved the impressive destination of University of Stirling for Sport Business Management.
- Sally Naser (A* A* A) - Sally is going to the University of Bristol to study Medicine. Sally overcame the challenges of applying for such a competitive course by accessing teacher and pastoral support to help her achieve her place in a medicine course at University of Bristol.
Vanetta (Ben) Spence, Principal of E-ACT Montpelier High School, said:
"We are proud of every single V6 student at Montpelier High School who has received their results today. The 2025 cohort has shown remarkable perseverance and commitment throughout their studies, navigating a challenging academic landscape with determination.
“
While this year’s results reflect the national picture of increased difficulty in securing top grades, they also highlight the breadth of success across our student body, with many securing places at their choice of university, apprenticeship, or employment pathway.
“These outcomes are the result of sustained hard work from students, dedicated support from our staff, and the encouragement of families and our wider school community. We congratulate the Class of 2025 and wish them every success in the exciting journeys ahead."
Caroline McClean, Vice Principal and Head of Sixth Form, added:
“We’re delighted to be celebrating the superb achievements of our students today. Their attainment is especially impressive as a cohort which experienced considerable disruption to their learning due to Covid. Many have secured university places at impressive destinations or have the results they need to progress onto ambitious apprenticeship places or employment choices.”
Tom Campbell, CEO of the E-ACT multi academy trust, said:
“E-ACT Montpelier High School students have impressed us with their academic performance and their values. Montpelier High has a lot to celebrate.”
“These outcomes open doors and futures, and I couldn’t be prouder of what we stand for at E-ACT.”
