There but not there

WW1 Soldier Photo

CGS has been displaying the iconic metal outline of a First World War soldier to mark 100 years since the end of the WWI.

The figure is a poignant reminder of the 888,246 British and Commonwealth soldiers who died and of those who survived but suffered physical and mental scars.

It commemorates the sacrifice of many British and Commonwealth soldiers, and the silhouettes are also supporting the veterans of today, with all profits going to charities supporting the armed forces community.
